Description: Complete redesign of the spare-parts flow strategy at a TGV maintenance centre. The intervention identified bottlenecks, breakpoints and dysfunctions in the management of new and returned parts. A new flow schema was designed, along with sizing and layout of a dedicated logistics building.

Description: Development of a growth strategy to strengthen the client’s position in the OCTG market. The mission involved analysing the regional value chain, identifying organic and external growth opportunities, consolidating a targeted M&A screening on strategic assets, and assessing levers for expansion in premium segments, in alignment with the needs of Gulf energy companies.

Description: Study of the effects of climate change on airline operations, with modelling of the impact of phenomena such as sea-level rise, desertification, and changes in wind, precipitation and temperature. Quantification of risks for infrastructures, aircraft and operational performance.

Description: Complete study of the sizing and design of a logistics building at the site entrance, intended for the receipt and shipment of rail parts. The mission included mapping physical flows, analysing volumes and precisely defining functional areas. The project was finalized with the submission of a building permit application.

Description : Operational due diligence in the context of the sale of a division producing windshields and glazing for all types of transportation. The analysis covered material flows between plants, the robustness of the carve-out perimeter and its functional autonomy. Internal transfer prices were modelled and key risks identified.

Client: Global Leader in Environmental Services

Description: Definition of the external growth strategy for the Water France BU, including the organisation of strategic workshops and the identification of sector and geographic development axes (water, waste, energy, digital, etc.).
In-depth benchmarks were conducted on 20 comparable players in Europe and the United States, together with an analysis of their diversification strategies and the mechanisms of value creation post-acquisition, notably in waste-to-energy and digital solutions.

Description: Set-up and steering of the global PMO for a complex carve-out across more than 40 countries. Operational monitoring of HR, IT, finance and organisational separations, as well as site allocation. Facilitation of central governance, coordination of local teams, preparation of Executive Committee materials, and implementation of a multi-country Power BI dashboard.
