The intervention identified bottlenecks, breakpoints and dysfunctions in the management of new and returned parts. A new flow schema was designed, along with sizing and layout of a dedicated logistics building.

  • Design of a logistics building for receiving and shipping train parts delivered by truck

    Description: Complete study of the sizing and design of a logistics building at the site entrance, intended for the receipt and shipment of rail parts. The mission included mapping physical flows, analysing volumes and precisely defining functional areas. The project was finalized with the submission of a building permit application.

  • Operational due diligence for the divestiture of an industrial division of a glass producer

    Description : Operational due diligence in the context of the sale of a division producing windshields and glazing for all types of transportation. The analysis covered material flows between plants, the robustness of the carve-out perimeter and its functional autonomy. Internal transfer prices were modelled and key risks identified.

    In-depth benchmarks were conducted on 20 comparable players in Europe and the United States, together with an analysis of their diversification strategies and the mechanisms of value creation post-acquisition, notably in waste-to-energy and digital solutions.

  • Steering a global carve-out for a leading chemical group
